Order Process

After you have approved a print order, no changes can be made to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing due to the quick turnaround time. Please note that no work or proofs will proceed on any print order until full payment is received. Proofs will be sent via email within 24-72 hours after payment is received for approval.

The Black House Print Shop is not responsible for delays caused by improperly formatted files.
